These job responsibilities represent the minimum working commitment of the Team LEAD.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieve call rate and lead generation targets through substantial B2B cold calling..
Build in the customer awareness of products, campaigns and services during the call.
Attend all training/briefing sessions given by various Partners and business colleagues to ensure all knowledge levels on products.
Schedule appointments for Sales Reps to meet prospective customers.
Excellent telemarketing/sales skills with the ability to create interest, recognizing buying signals and identifying business opportunities.
Talented Software Usage. Staff must provide rapid and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
Listen and critique calls submitted for quality review when needed
Assist Director with adhoc request
Assisting with LEAD team generated opportunity tracking.
Always lead by example and be available.
